There are 2 layers in this TPU waterproof fabric.
The first layer is basic fabric. It's 1680D nylon oxford fabric with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is TPU coating. It's easy to weld by HF and hot air, and it makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight.
This airtight and waterproof TPU coated 1680D nylon oxford farbic could be widely used in anti-bedsore mattress, medical massage bed, Oxygen bag, blood pressure cuff, tourniquet, life jacket, immersion suit, waterproof bags, outdoor backpack, map case,Ipad case,Phone case, basin, water bucket, water bladder, dry bags, storage bag, inflating tent, airbag, inflatable helium RC airship, hot-air balloon… etc.
The first application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU waterproof fabric could be used in anywhere is using PVC fabric.
